There wasn’t time to add the update about the NYS Senate passing the state suffrage centennial planning commission for 2017. But there’s plenty to say about the matter. If you’re a New Yorker, contact your representative in the NYS Assembly and support appropriations for the state commission whose work will extend from 2017, the state suffrage centennial, to 2020, the suffrage centennial for the United States.
