Yes, it’s true. That the suffrage campaign wagon used by voting rights activist Edna Kearns in 1913 in New York City and Long Island is on its way to permanent exhibition at the New York State Museum in Albany, NY.

The process of placing the wagon on permanent exhibit has been in the works for some time. However, the actual work has been delayed due to the pandemic when many state funds were put on ice until released. Movement in New York State has resumed, but no word yet about the progress of being able to see the wagon by visitors from around the state and nation. Stay tuned
