I like this video and how the “selfie” has been an emotional power tool for much longer than we realize.

Here is one of my selfies taken after moving to New Mexico. I made it my business to start with grounding myself  in a very different environment. This led to  decades of journaling and what I called “self-portraits.” They are also known as “selfies.”
