There are many things I would love to see—especially my book #2 completed as well as book #3. The predictable books now pouring out of the publishing pipelines are pure contemporary. They respond to current trends, like “the past is irreverent…only the present day is important.”

This will become unfashionable, as it is fashionable for a brief time. Sure, I’d love to see August 26th (or Women’s Equality Day) transition into a public holiday. Now it is optional. Will it happen during this transitional period? I always leave room for surprises. Will it be like the SuffrageCentennial.com web site that promotes an equal rights amendment to the US Constitution? Maybe. Maybe not.

IT’S DIFFICULT ERASING THE IMPACT OF PATRIARCHY ON THE DREAM OF “DEMOCRACY”

The bottom line is that I have been cleaning up my living space. I have completed the book published by SUNY Press in Albany, New York. It was published in 2021 in Albany, New York (State University of New York). Now I’m working on Books 2 and 3.

I’m only writing what I know something about, and it has been a lifelong practice to document this. Sure, others are winning prizes and upgrading their reputations. But what difference does it make? Not much, now, anyway. We’ll keep you posted, however.

I ALWAYS LOVE TO BE SURPRISED ABOUT THE ENDING OF INEQUALITY

And we might be overtaken by surprise. But don’t hold your breath. The current atmosphere is that even the men folk realize that change is part of the struggle. And they’re holding onto the old ways tight until then.
