Marguerite’s Musings:

I never imagined what has actually  happened. It seems that others speak of little more than “the sky is blue”or” it snowed or rained a lot today.” Little of substance passes for a real exchange.” Occasionally we are informed by other messages, such as “this social and political situation results in me being happier than ever in my life.” What is this but a cliche?

Few trust others. Are they promoting their own agendas? Or someone else’s platforms? Some refer to it as “polarization.” I don’t know what is The Truth, and I have stopped caring. The 2024 election is soon. Will I learn something? I doubt it, but I am not sure of anything.

Dragons define 2024. What else do I know? That being rich is infinitely preferred to being poor. The critics ruthlessly attack their opposites. What am I doing these days? Eating and smiling. It’s wonderful not to care.
