We’re improving in our cooking and presentations. The entry of men into traditional women’s domains are only fair when they represent gains in the quality of what is presented. This is happening, but it requires honesty rather than the reliance on past patterns.

We want participation and serious questions about equality in the kitchens of Suffrage Wagon Cooking School. This is inevitably present in the results served at Suffrage Wagon Cafe.

Revolution takes time, but this has been happening for decades. It’s slow but increasingly popular. Men and women and everyone else representing a broad spectrum of experience are getting into the act.

Make it happen. Be in the forefront that is expanding in size. Women are joining in formerly male behavior employment. So is everyone else. One benefit is in quality. Let’s move faster. We all have plenty to gain.
